Terms of Service

Effective June 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fangaged ("platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Fangaged, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fangaged. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You may create one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fangaged.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. Impersonating another person or creating accounts to evade a suspension is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions

Founding Fan membership is a recurring subscription billed at $4.99/month. By subscribing, you authorize Fangaged to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Fangaged — including your fan story, journal entries, and any photos you upload ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Fangaged a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

5. Conduct

You agree not to use Fangaged to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
• Impersonate any person, organization, or public figure
• Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the platform without permission

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.

6. Marketplace

Fangaged provides a marketplace where approved vendors can list products and services. Fangaged is not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors — we are a marketplace facilitator only. Vendors are independently responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of orders, and compliance with applicable laws.

Disputes between buyers and vendors must be resolved between those parties. Contact the vendor directly first; if unresolved, contact us at hello@fangaged.com and we will review in accordance with our vendor policies.

7. Fan Organizations & Venues

Fan organizations and venue partners approved to list on Fangaged must comply with our community guidelines and any applicable platform policies. We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or modify the status of any fan organization or venue partner for violations of these Terms or for conduct that harms the community.

8. Intellectual Property

All Fangaged trademarks, logos, product names, and platform design are the property of Fangaged. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our branding without prior written permission.

The official team names, logos, and marks of sports leagues and teams referenced on Fangaged belong to their respective owners. Fangaged is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any professional sports league or team.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. Sections 4, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fangaged is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fangaged and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Fangaged shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fangaged in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Fangaged after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
